We want you to love your Hyloxs piece. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns work.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo (a short video helps for functional issues). We will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. We may not require a return shipment for low-value defective items.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake — in that case, we cover it.
The fastest way to “exchange” is a return + a new order. For defective items, we are happy to send a replacement right away — just include a photo when you contact us.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package can be re-shipped at the customer’s cost, or refunded (minus original shipping) once they arrive back to us.
Because pieces are handmade to order, we can only cancel before production begins. Email us as soon as possible and we will confirm.
