1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using hyloxs.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version posted on this page always applies to new orders.

2. Who We Are

Hyloxs (“Hyloxs”, “we”, “us”) designs and sells handmade badge reels, keepsake keychains, garden signs, and related goods. Throughout the Site, “Hyloxs” refers to the operator of the Site and the seller of record for all orders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or you have permission to use it.

4. Products, Handmade Nature & Customization

• Every piece is handmade to order (or ships from U.S. in-stock inventory where marked). Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and are part of the handmade character of each item — they are not defects.
• Product photos are representative; screens display colors differently.
• For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of names, photos, and text you submit. Always check your preview before ordering — we produce exactly what the preview shows.
• By uploading photos, names, or other content for customization (“Your Content”), you confirm you own or have permission to use it, and you grant Hyloxs a limited license to use it solely to produce your order.
• We may decline to produce Your Content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, and will refund such orders in full.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item becomes unavailable, if we detect an error in pricing or order details, or if we believe the order violates these Terms.
• Applicable sales taxes, duties, or fees, where required by law, are shown at checkout or are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Handling and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Times are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and peak seasons can cause delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to the address you provided, respectively. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Shipping & Returns, Return Policy, and Refund Policy explain what is returnable, how to start a return, and when refunds are issued. In short: 30-day returns on unused items; personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective; you may cancel an order for a full refund any time before production begins — just email us as soon as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content — designs, text, images, logos, and the Hyloxs name — is the property of Hyloxs or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission. “Your Content” stays yours; you only grant us the limited production license described in Section 4.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no fraudulent orders, no interference with Site operation, no impersonation, and no uploading of content that violates anyone’s rights.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyloxs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyloxs from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything with a quick email, and we are committed to working with you in good faith.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our policies linked above, form the entire agreement between you and Hyloxs regarding the Site.
